Asalamo Alykum,

Pakistan and Bangladesh, being immediate neighbors of India, have the ethical responsibility of helping India as one of its states Maharastra, is facing a severe drought.

It is the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammed Pbuh that he transported grains to the state of Makkah when Makkah faced a severe famine. This was despite great enmity existing between Makkah and Madinah. Yes, Kashmir continues as a thorn between the two nations, yet we Muslims should help the Indians in the hour of human crisis.

Muslim government and NGOs should step forward and try to resolve the drought issue of Maharastra, India.

Wsalam,
