Where there is a will, there is a way.
Why could not international voting be implemented? If electronic voting is yet not possible, it is still possible to accommodate international voters manually. They can download and print the ballot page, stamp their vote and courier it with their original ID card to the ECP. The voters can include a return envelope for their ID card to be returned to them.
Please allow international voting for this is a precarious time for Pakistan.
