Asalamo Alykum, As far as I can remember, criminals in Pakistan go scot-free. However, in the recent past, some change has come thanks to the fair and resolute approach of the honorable CJ Iftikhar M. Chaudhry.

Now, does Prime Minister Raja P. Ashraf have the right to pardon the owners of the Karachi Baldia Town Factory Fire? If the constitution provides such a right, please change such an unfair and inhuman constitution clause.

It also brings question to the mind, are the murderers of the two Sialkot brothers, Mughees and Muneeb, actually serving their sentence or have they been quietly let out as well?

Will Shahrukh Jatoi and his fellow culprits really get punished or will somebody play the tricks for them too?

The CJ Iftikhar M. Chaudhry is requested to deal all these matters with an iron fist and may Allah Almighty bless him for it. Wsalam.
